NLC India Ltd. is a  NAVRATNA  company under the Ministry of Coal working in areas of mining (Lignite &Coal), Thermal Power generation and Renewable energy. NLC India Ltd. has announced notification for the recruitment of Graduate Executive Trainee (GET) in various disciplines.


Total 259 vacancies are notified  in different discipline as per details given below:

Eligibility


  • Only candidates who have already completed the Qualifying degree are eligible to apply.

  • Minimum 60% marks in qualifying examination for UR / EWS / OBC (NCL) & minimum 50% marks for SC/ST.

  • Maximum age limit as on 01.03.2020 is 30 years for General / EWS, 33 years for OBC (NCL) and 35 years for SC/ST.


Selection Process


Selection process will consist of two stages: Written Test followed by Interview.


Written Test


Mode of Examination: Computer Based Test


Duration: 2 Hrs


Pattern: 120 Questions - 120 Marks


Question Paper will consist of two parts; Part-I with 40 questions on Quantitative aptitude, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, Data Interpretation and General English and Part-II with 80 Questions on Professional Knowledge (Discipline related).


Negative Marking: 1/4 mark (0.25 mark) for each wrong answer


Medium: English


The qualifying marks in the Computer Based Online Examination for shortlisting for personal interview will be minimum 50% for General (UR) / EWS Candidates and 40% for For OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) / SC / ST / PwBD Candidates.


Personal Interview


The final selection will be based on the aggregate of marks scored by the candidate in the Written Examination and Interview (80% weightage for Written Examination Score and 20% weightage for Personal Interview).
